All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $60 USD
  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 USD for orders under $60 USD

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard shipping delivery time is:

  • 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability will be shown during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Vrioemall is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email address. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Claims for damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Incorrect Address Information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
